Why we bother
We started making sauce in a kitchen that was too small for it, because the stuff on the shelves tasted like the inside of a factory.
How it's made
No conveyor belts and no giant vats. We cook in small batches, taste every run, and don't bottle anything we wouldn't put on our own plate. It's slower. That's the point.
What's in it
Fruit gets chopped, peppers get charred, spices get blended by hand. No powders standing in for the real thing, no syrup doing the heavy lifting. Short label, long flavour.

Don't take our word
“I put it on eggs. Eggs. There's no going back now.”
“Tastes like someone actually cared — because someone clearly did.”
“It quietly replaced three bottles in my fridge. They are not missed.”
“The Ghost Pepper Honey is a whole personality now. It's mine.”
“Finally, a bottle that doesn't read like a chemistry final.”
“Bought one. Panic-bought five more the same week.”
